All products and services are provided by Kristo Olli, operating as an independent digital educator and consultant, located in Estonia.
2. Products and Pricing
All products offered through these Websites are digital products, including templates, online courses, and related materials.
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Kristo Olli reserves the right to update prices, descriptions, and available content at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment and Order Confirmation
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe and other authorized payment gateways). Kristo Olli does not have access to or store your payment details.
The purchase contract becomes effective once the payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
After completing your purchase, you will automatically receive:
A confirmation email;
A link to access your purchased product(s).
4. Access and Delivery
All digital products (courses, templates, and bundles) are delivered electronically.
Access to materials is provided immediately after payment unless otherwise stated on the product page (e.g., for time-specific programs or cohorts).
If you do not receive your access link within 24 hours, please contact hey@kristoolli.com.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
Under EU consumer protection law, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance purchases.
However, by purchasing digital products on these Websites, you acknowledge and agree that:
You gain immediate access to the digital materials after purchase; and
You therefore waive your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (VÕS § 56).
By completing your purchase, you agree to receive instant access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is provided.
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

6. License and Usage Rights
All purchased materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
When you purchase a product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own professional or personal development.
You may not:
Share, resell, or redistribute the materials to third parties.
Upload, post, or otherwise make the content publicly available.
Claim authorship or ownership of any part of the content or templates.
You may:

7. Results and Responsibility Disclaimer

However, no specific outcomes are guaranteed – including but not limited to job offers, sales growth, audience reach, or other business results.

If a purchased product or course contains technical errors or download issues, Kristo Olli will take reasonable steps to correct the issue or provide alternative access within a reasonable timeframe.

Customer data (name, email address, billing information) is collected and processed only for order fulfillment, account access, and communication regarding purchased products.
Personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.
